1. Collection, processing and use of personal data

We do not collect any personal data from you when you visit this website. Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us yourself via our contact form. This data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and is then deleted.

3. Server log files

As with every connection to a web server, the server of our web hosting provider METANET from Zurich logs and stores certain technical data. This data includes the IP address and operating system of your device, the data, the access time, the type of browser and the browser request, including the origin of the request (referrer). This is necessary for technical reasons in order to make our website available to you. The web hosting provider uses technical and organisational measures to protect this data from unauthorised access and does not pass it on to third parties. 5 Newsletter

If you have registered for our newsletter with your e-mail address, we will store and use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter with information and advertising about us until you unsubscribe from our newsletter.

For our newsletter service we use the newsletter service of “Infomaniak” from Winterthur.

If you enter your e-mail address to receive the newsletter, it will first be stored by Infomaniak for the purpose of sending the owner an e-mail in which he/she can confirm the subscription to the newsletter (“double opt-in”). After such confirmation, the e-mail address is stored permanently by Infomaniak until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or until we delete it. Infomaniak stores the date of registration and the IP address used to register. Your IP address will not be used for any other purpose.

We would like to point out that the data collected and used by Infomaniak is stored and processed on their computers. By giving your consent to receive our newsletter, you agree to this.
